Glen is from India and spent most of his adult life in the US and Asia. He has over two decades of recruitment experience in both US and Asia, with a primary focus on luxury and retail brands. He has partnered closely with most of the leading luxury and retail brands in Asia to identify C-level executives and leadership teams, as well as consulted various talents on their career goals helping them find the right fit. He has a wealth of knowledge within the luxury sector in Asia, with 80% of his clients having worked with him directly for over 15 years.

Glen is an avid food, wine and single malt lover and has travelled to over 40 countries across the world. When in Hong Kong, he enjoys his time trying new restaurants with his friends and also learning the art of wake surfing.

Leo has been in recruitment for two decades. Before joining AdMark, he worked with a Danish company in Denmark, France and Thailand. As a specialist recruiter, his focus is in marketing and communication agencies, ranging from integrated and creative proportions to boutique and discipline specific startups. Thanks to this experience, he is also placing agency talents into particular client side roles in lifestyle, premium and consumer global brands.

While helping clients build high performance teams, he consults them on their talent attraction and retention strategies, and senior executives on their career development.

Blaine is from the Netherlands and is an award-winning recruiter based in Japan since 2004. He is fluent in Dutch, English and Japanese (N1). He is a B2C industry expert and has placed mid-senior level candidates across all common business functions, with clients ranging from hot start-ups to top 10 most valuable global brands.

His passion for Aikido practices fostered his love for Japan, since then he has travelled to 45 out of 47 prefectures across this well loved country. As a fervent cheese-lover, Blaine makes stops during his hours of travel to roam the streets of Tokyo and discover new specialty cheese shops.
